If you’ve forgotten your password or your account confirmation link has expired, you can easily fix this using the “forgot password” option on the login page.
When you create a new account, you’ll receive an automatic email with a link to confirm your account and set your password (unless you’re using Single Sign-On). This link is valid for 24 hours. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
If the link has expired or you didn’t complete the setup in time, simply go to the login page and click “forgot password.” You’ll receive a new email with a link to set your password and access your account.
